Buck Peak Outfitters is family owned and provides big game hunting trips for hunters of all abilities. Specializing in ELK, mule deer, pronghorn antelope, and black bear. Located in game rich Northwest Colorado, our area boast of some of the largest concentrations of big game in the United States. We conduct hunts on all private land totaling over 7,500 acres. All hunts are fair chase and result in 80% success for rifle hunters and around 55% success for archery hunters. Shot opportunities are much higher. It is not uncommon to have several shot opportunities during the course of a 5 day hunt. Once your tag is filled, we offer fishing in our stocked pond and the Yampa River, waterfowl hunting, or predator hunting.
