The Optum Employee Assistance Program is called Live and Work Well. At this confidential number you can reach a substance abuse help line or talk with a counselor. All Cardinal Health employees and anyone who is 5 years or older in employees’ households can get 8 free counseling appointments per issue per year through Live and Work Well.
