Having a long and tenured career in the fashion industry, I created this site as a guide for anyone looking to get into the industry. My goal is to post information on my career, tips on getting started, schools to look at attending and finally some resume help once you are finally ready to find that dream fashion job. I figured this would be a great place to give you a little bit of background about myself. Ever since I was a little girl I had always had a fasination with fashion. I loved dresses, skirts and especially shoes. This did not change growing up as a teenager and I thought I would see if I could make a career out of my love for fashion. I was lucky and got accepted into FIDM and from there I have worked for a couple of different companies and brands, including the following.
Wanting to move from online to retail, I ended up getting a position with Coach in the design department. I have only been here for a few months but I am loving every minute of it.
