My passion for fitness and nutrition started during my weight loss journey in 2011. After following unrealistic diets, I realised that the only long term solution for my goals was changing my habits and mindset. Since started strength training in 2013, I have never stopped.
I have worked in the fitness industry since early 2017 with a variety of ages groups – children, teenagers, adults and seniors. I have participated and motivated all ages to be part of sporting events, including GC Marathon, Kingscliff triathlon and charity run events.
