Carolina Outdoor Carolina Outdoor Adventures was started in 2015 by owner/operator Billy Easterbrooks after several years of planning multi day kayaking/camping trips down the local rivers with friends. We are one of a few companies permitted to operate in Congaree National Park and offer a guided trip along Cedar Creek.
