I'm a self-employed writer, editor and workshop facilitator based in East Sussex, UK. I write on wellness, gentle parenting, sustainable travel, environmental issues and soulful living, as well as poetry, personal essays and creative nonfiction. I'm the author of the poetry collection The Honey in the Bones , published by Golden Dragonfly Press in December 2022.
I contribute regularly to The Green Parent magazine and my work has also featured in Rebelle Society, Braided Way, Elephant Journal, Scary Mommy, the Brighton Argus, Permaculture Magazine, Medium and the Viva group.
