I am Dean for International Affairs and Professor of Political Science at Bocconi University . I am passionate about academic service and leadership. In addition, I care deeply about political science research and teaching. I examine some of the key challenges facing the European continent today, such as Euroscepticism, political fragmentation, migration and corruption. Throughout my career, I have published several books in addition to a large set of research articles. My first book Euroscepticism and the Future of European integration (Oxford University Press) received the European Union Studies Association Best Book in EU Studies Award , and was listed in the Financial Times top-5 books to read about Europe’s future. My second book Political Entrepreneurs: The Rise of Challenger Parties in Europe , co-authored with Sara Hobolt , was published with Princeton University P
