Carpe Diem farms consist of 400ha of organic grapes for producing raisins and another 400ha will be developed by the end of 2025. The bulk of our products consist of Thompson Seedless, Golden Sultanas, S.A. Sultanas and Flame Seedless.
About 5% of production is sold into the domestic market with approximately 95% exported to buyers based in Europe, UK, North America, Scandinavia, Australasia, Middle East, and Asia.
