Beginning June 1, 2023, you may click here to begin the process to complete your son's 2023-2024 Ice Hockey registration. Your son's registration must be completed online on Family Id/ Arbiter Sports.
If you have previously created an account, the process will be very simple. Simply log in with your account username(email) and password. If you have not previously created an account, you will be asked to create one before continuing.
You will be required to download and print the following physical form and take this form with your son for their Comprehensive Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation. Please click here to open and download the form . These forms are due by Tuesday August 1, 2023, for all fall sports.
