Description: Changing Directions Counseling Services provides outpatient mental health counseling services to Children, Adolescents, Families, and Adults of all ages. We provide clinical outpatient services for the surrounding areas, including, but not limited to, Assonet, Berkley, Dartmouth, Dighton, Fall River, Freetown, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Somerset, Swansea, Westport, as well as nearby areas of Rhode Island, such as Bristol, Tiverton, and Warren.
