I’m a Hay House author, Mindvalley coach and teacher of both lucid dreaming and Mindfulness of Dream & Sleep. I received the traditional “authorisation to teach” within the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in 2008 and have since run workshops and retreats in over 20 countries.
