For the past 41 years Charlie Staples has created delicious barbecue dishes with his special Signature Bar-B- Que Sauce . The sauce was originally created and used down south for 28 successful years in the barbecue business by an older woman and her late husband. The woman moved to Youngstown and sold the recipe in 1939 to Bill Robinson, who had owned the barbecue stand for 35 years prior to Charlie taking ownership in 1974.
