Charlotte celebrated its centennial of becoming part of the City of Rochester on January 1st, 2016. The neighborhood is a mix of City/suburban neighborhoods that is connected to Lake Ontario through the Ontario Beach Park and Port of Rochester.
Stroll through the Ontario Beach Park and catch a ride on the 1905 Dentzel Carousel, or stop to admire the beautiful gardens maintained by neighborhood volunteers.
