Chiffon Boutique was birthed by Julie in 2016 as a way of portraying her artwork. Her artwork is an expression of life and how she sees the world. Julie was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Although she has worked in the health care field for the past 15 years, she cannot deny her love for art.

Julie’s inspiration for her paintings come from life experiences combined with the beautiful scenery of the world. A piece could be about a sunset that she witnessed on a walk on a summer day, to having a rough day at her day job. She creates artwork to invoke a memory or an emotion through different strokes and techniques within her paintings. The different colours that she uses resemble the essence of her life moments.
