CHIP Indy partners with the community to strengthen coordination and advance solutions to homelessness. CHIP works to unite individuals, organizations, advocates, and resources to create a community where everyone has a place to call home.
CHIP (Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention) coordinates the community’s response to homelessness using a collective impact model. CHIP focuses on strategic planning, data-driven solutions, best practices, and funding alignment to move from managing to ending homelessness.
