Chris Moehle began his career as a laboratory technician with the University of Florida's Alpha-1 Research Foundation, following which he was an American Heart Association Fellow at the University of Virginia, where he earned a PhD in physiology and physics. Around the same time, Chris Moehle provided market analysis services to the University of Virginia's Licensing and Ventures Group and founded Blue Ridge Creole Products.
Over the past six years, Chris Moehle has focused much of his professional efforts in robotics. He served as associate director of new ventures with the National Robotics Engineering Center from 2013 to 2015, during which time he was involved in identifying previously unexplored areas in the health care and energy sectors where robotics projects could fill a need. He was also tasked with developing to-market strategies for these innovative projects.
