Life is always moving. There are events we want to hold onto and others we try hard to forget. You can’t change what you’ve experienced but you can decide the meaning you give it.
My practice focuses on helping youth and adults experiencing anxiety and stress. I am a Registered Social Worker who has extensive experience as I have been practicing for over 20 years. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and Bachelor of Science from McMaster University. Before moving into private practice I worked in the medical and education sectors supporting the mental health needs of youth and adults.
