The Linton Water Department will be flushing fire hydrants beginning Sunday May 7 th . The flushing will begin at 8:00 PM and last until 6:00 AM nightly. It is anticipated that the flushing process will require 4 nights to complete. Therefore, all flushing activities should be complete by 6:00 AM on May 11 th . During this process, customers may notice a discoloration of the water. It is recommended that clothes washing be kept to a minimum during this time as discolored water has been known to cause stains
