Ten Clay County Archives' Volunteers spent the day at Baldwin Cemetery Saturday, May 20th. Brush and branches were removed, grave markers were uncovered and a census of the burials at the cemetery was taken. Baldwin Cemetery, which is located southwest of Mosby on NE 112th Street, contains at least 20 burials dating back to the mid-1850s. There are more than 340 cemeteries in Clay County, Missouri. Many are small family burial grounds located on private property in rural areas. For more information about
