Clear Air Mountain House is a luxurious, smoke-free, fragrance-free eco-retreat in the Sierra Buttes, near the Pacific Crest Trail, the Yuba River, over 40 lakes and waterfalls, and natural hot springs. Please note: Clear Air Mountain House is a smoke-, fragrance-, and furry-pet-free space, to increase accessibility for those with fur and dander allergies and/or chemical sensitivities. First time visitors will spend time with the owners on-site. We are not currently doing whole-house rentals.
