It is operated by a retired mechanical engineer who has learned the trade from Gem City College in Quincy Illinois (formerly the Kansas City School of Watchmaking). Estimates are Free and will be provided in writing. Pick up and delivery in the local area can be arranged for a nominal fee. Fully insured world wide packaging and shipments are also possible.
