Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only.
