The Centre for Open and Distance Learning (CODL) was established in the year 2006 to facilitate the administrative and academic support activities of study programs offered in open and distance learning mode.
CODL@UoM was established to fulfill the administrative and logistical tasks of offering degrees in open and distance mode. Students who register for direct on-line mode have access to all the course materials and assignments on-line. Further on-line tutors/ mentors also assist in academic as well as administrative matters. Those who have registered through the University of Moratuwa accredited partner organizations have face to face teaching sessions conducted by qualified lecturers in the partner organiza
