Core Pilates is a mind-body fitness studio dedicated to promoting health and longevity through the classical teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. The studio’s philosophy focuses on ‘quality rather than quantity’. Our certified instructors offer private and semi-private appointments 7 days a week on all of the Pilates equipment. There are also Group Reformer Class, Circuit Training classes, Chair classes and Mat classes for all levels.
