We bought a couple of these at Goodwood and wish we had bought more! Absolutely delicious! Strong and creamy. By far the best cheddar we’ve tasted. Goes really well with sourdough crackers and Tracklemans Apple & cider brandy chutney. Wel’ll definitely we stocking up the next time we go to Cornwall.

Wow, loved this cheese!! Wasnt sure about eating the nettles but it really worked. Lovely texture, creamy and just salty enough - love it.
