Counselling is a safe space to fully embrace how you feel in the moment without the restraint of holding back as we may feel we need to, at times, with family and friends.
It is a time to concentrate on why you feel the way you do, and to try to get in touch with what is troubling you. As a therapist I offer clients a warm and gentle environment to talk through their difficulties.
