The World Government
The World Government has severe doubts that any supranational court should exists, believing that it is natural for everybody to have access to justice and supreme judicial authority in his/her own language.
Never the less we inform the World citizens that International Court of Justice , International Criminal Court and Permanent Court of Arbitration , formed by many (not all) national governments are already working.
International Court of Justice settles legal disputes between UN-recoznized states. All 193 UN member states (as of 1.12.2018) are automatically parties to the court's statute but not all of them recoznize Court's compulsory jurisdiction. It works since 1946 in The Hague, Netherlands. It is successor of Permanent Court of International Justice that was created by the League of Nations in 1920. ( ICJ site ; ICJ Wikipedia article )
