The Chippewa Valley Writers Guild (CVWG) is a program of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Council that seeks to support regional writers by serving as an organizing body committed to mentoring writers and writing groups, coordinating events, and providing outreach activities to the community. Activities will include an annual keynote address, a reading series, a craft talk series, as well as other inclusive, high-impact opportunities for the community.
Welcome to the Chippewa Valley Writers Guild, an organization committed to supporting writers throughout the region. Since 2016, the Guild has helped hundreds of writers publish their work. More importantly, it provides a nurturing environment for writers to thrive. The Guild is a proud member of the Wisconsin Poet Laureate Commission , and an affiliate partner of the Pablo Center at the Confluence and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Foundation .
