Rogers Jr Memorial Scholarship was initiated in 2021 to provide a non-recurring scholarship to High School Seniors at his Alma Mater Saint James High School in Saint James, Minnesota. Our hope is that with time we can branch out to high schools statewide to spread James' love of education.
