How do you get people outside your user experience team to be more invested in your project? How do you get feedback from stakeholders who are hard to schedule time with?
A few years ago I heard about the idea of “black hat“ UX sessions from Leah Buley . It was probably from following her on Twitter or watching one of her talks or something. At the time I was trying to get people outside of my team, to care more about UX and to care about the big product redesign I was working on.
