Incoming paper (eg. application forms) can be received onsite at our production facility, where the documents are sorted and prepared for transfer to high speed scanners. Electronic Documents can be received directly via our Secure FTP servers, dedicated Email accounts or any agreed method.
Documents are then Scanned at our production facility or via on-site scanner at your premises and the electronic image files are then uploaded directly to our servers utilising a secure encrypted SSH connection.
