The income tax should be 0%. NJ will incentivize citizens to start businesses with 0% business income tax until they reach $100,000 / year in revenue. The stock market is a casino. NJ should reduce the long-term capital gains tax to encourage long-term behavior. NJ must incentivize individuals with exceptional integrity to become officers. That means more funding and more transparency. NJ must decriminalize all drug use and vacate nonviolent sentences. Too much money is wasted every year prosecuting nonviolent drug offenses and ruining lives. Police officers don't need military-grade weapons; they need resources and training on grappling techniques. NJ must require police officers to study martial arts for officer fitness and safety and rely less on deadly force. L
