DBTwenties is open to young adults, ages 18-25, in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. We offer a 3 days/week, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program that clients can attend from HOME .
Our innovative model includes the standard DBT components of weekly individual therapy and a group skills class, along with additional meetings, where clients can receive coaching and apply the skills they are learning. We also offer one 45 minute individual skills coaching session/week, to ensure that clients understand what the skills are, how to apply them, and most importantly when to use which skill.
