I am an independent Chartered Surveyor (RICS qualified 1975), a Fellow of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants and a member of the Town and Country Planning Association with over 40 years’ experience of submitting planning applications and lodging planning appeals.
My services are offered to those who need expert planning advice on all matters relating to Town and Country Planning. These will typically include submitting planning applications, appealing refusals, defending enforcement notices, applying for Lawful Development Certificates and preparing expert evidence to support a case at Public Inquiry and Judicial Review. I was once described in the High Court as being “the best sort of Expert Witness”.
I have considerable experience of working with the South Downs National Park Authority and other Local Planning Authorities in the South East of England. I do work further afield when required.
