As a 501(c)(3), we facilitate pop-ups worldwide that sell highly customized baked goods and provide a safe place for conversation. Research has shown that baking is a pursuit that fits a type of therapy known as behavioral activation. Psychologists have discovered that the simple act of baking and sharing your bakes improves one’s sense of well-being.
This website exists to provide information on how you can get involved, either by organizing your own pop-up, attending a pop-up in your community, or spreading the word on social media in order to keep the conversation going.
