Description: The lawsuit alleges that Dollar General Corporation used deceptive and misleading sales and marketing tactics in selling its infants' over-the-counter pain reliever and fever reducer under the “DG™ health” label, including its Infants' Pain & Fever Acetaminophen ("DG Health Infants' Acetaminophen"). Dollar General vigorously denies all allegations of wrongdoing or liability made in the lawsuit. The Court has not decided who is right or wrong.
