I am a bodywork and energy practitioner who specializes in Craniosacral Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. My practice focuses on working with the body’s natural healing processes to alleviate pain and tension, reduce stress, bring balance to the mental-emotional state, and promote overall wellness. I work with people of all ages (8-88 so far!) to support each individual’s healing process.
I bring more than 25 years of experience to my practice, blending techniques from a variety of modalities in order to provide my clients with unique effective treatments designed to meet their needs.
