One firm will specialise solely in acting for New Build Shared Ownership purchasers and a second will specialise in Resale sales and purchases and associated transactions such as staircasing, lease extensions and remortgages.
Our private developer new build department and our non-affordable housing residential and commercial conveyancing department has already “demerged”. Strive Law has been set up as a legal services company which undertakes conveyancing on a consultancy basis with Taylor Rose MW Solicitors and Elite Law Solicitors.
