DISABILITY EMPOW HER NETWORK WHO WE ARE Disability EmpowHer Network empowers girls and young women with disabilities through mentoring and transformational learning experiences. We recognize that disabled girls have significantly lower high school graduation rates and higher unemployment rates than their nondisabled peers.
