Our 200 Hour Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training is very flexible as we teach Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, basic Ashtanga and restorative yoga styles. we don't force any dogmatic ideas or beliefs to our students.
The students will be learning the yoga allicen approved syllyble about hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, practice of yin yoga, pranayama, eight limbs of yoga, anatomy of chakras, Kriya, meditation, mantra, yoga anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology.
Yoga training retreat (Pre-TTC) at Diya yoga – Goa is a 7 days course. This course is designed for someone who has not much time and still wants to have an introduction of the yoga philosophy and basic alignments.
