Dominica is an Australian-born, San Francisco Bay Area based data analyst, programmer, actor, improviser, and writer, with a background in stand-up comedy, filmmaking, and web development. She recently received a Certificate in Data Analytics from UC Berkeley Extension, is a former tour guide, and runs the improvisation-inspired business Improvative Productions .
Currently, Dominica’s main blog topic focuses include social psychology, relationships, entertainment media content and representation, and her hobbies and other interests. She loves thinking deeply and critically about all sorts of issues, and being autistic gives her a sometimes unique perspective in the world.
For her improvisation and acting training, she studied with Leela (having been through all of their level classes, and performed with YUM for over two years), and Marcus Sams for improvisation, and had ongoing film acting training with Jeffrey Weissman .
