All assembly components are produced at Tinkersmiths Makerspace in Charlottesville Virginia. They have some super awesome CNC routers, mills and additive manufacturing capabilities to knock this stuff out. Most of the kits are produced from finished grade 3/4 porch or maple plywood. A few of the smaller parts may be 1/2" ply. Accessories such as the joy stick mount, wire guides and cup holder can be wood, plastic or non-ferrous metals. We prefer the aluminum for strength.
