Edinburgh Printmakers is a creative centre for printmaking and the visual arts in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh. It has a large light-filled printmaking studio, two galleries, a shop selling original prints and handmade products, a venue for meetings, events and learning activities, a café, a courtyard, and community garden.
The printmaking studio welcomes anyone interested in joining our courses or becoming a member. It was established in 1967 as the first open-access studio in the UK and is one of the largest in Europe. Set in Castle Mills, a beautiful heritage building that was formerly a rubber factory and brewery complex, Edinburgh Printmakers fosters a creative atmosphere for both the local community and visitors to enjoy.
Explore our online shop , where you'll find a thoughtfully curated collection of fine art prints for sale. All the prints are created in our studio by our talented members and visiting artists.
