The war that Russia brought to Europe and the devastating situation in Ukraine is a great tragedy for all involved. The situation we currently find ourselves in is exceptional and calls for exceptional steps. There are some existing initiatives to help the Ukrainian people as long as the Russian people who do not support the war but cannot safely speak up.
