In 2016, Elkka founded femme culture which she runs alongside DJ and artist manager Ludo. The London-based record label and collective was born out of the desire to champion women in the arts and push forward-thinking music standing for inclusivity amongst all genders, backgrounds and beliefs, and actively promotes collaboration in all fields. The collective aim to achieve this via their regular radio shows, releases (including their annual UN Women Compilation ) art exhibitions, club nights and more.
