Home East Midlands Caribbean Carnival Arts Network (EMCCAN) In 2011 Derby, Leicester and Nottingham Caribbean Carnivals and Northampton Carnival formalised a partnership through the creation of East Midlands Caribbean Carnival Arts Network (EMCCAN).
Due to recent circumstances resulting from COVID-19 we have expanded our ways engaging with our audiences. By creating this website it allows us to showcase ourselves and our four cities which are within the originally partnership (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Northampton).
EMCCAN has successfully become an Arts Council England national portfolio organisation and is established as a not-for-profit community interest company.
