Those four words have a very special place in my heart, so much so that I have them tattooed on my ribs. For those of you wondering, t he quote was not initially inspired by Scarface (I still haven't made time to watch the movie) but it's fine, I'm not mad about the coincidence!
My interest in physical activity blossomed at a young age, when I started swimming at a competitive level. Since being active was primordial for me, I studied physical and health education at McGill University where I had the privilege of being part of the swim team. I found yoga during those college years. It was a way to slow down and connect with my body; a way to stretch my sore shoulders! Little did I know that stepping into the the hot room at Modo Yoga Montreal would change my life forever.
