Welcome to Encore Homes, Inc. We started building homes in 1986 and we wanted to be different from most of the other builders. It was our intent to build affordable, quality constructed homes with innovative floor plans, plenty of closet and storage space, and excellent traffic flow.
Our subcontractors are hired for their workmanship and their added value to the finished home, not because they are the low bidder. We added value to our homes with tile floors in the bathrooms, upgraded carpet, bull nose corner bead on the drywall, rocker light switches and lever handle hardware as standard features when other home builders consider these items as upgrades or options.
