More than 2,000 of your neighbors have participated in Energy Upgrade Mountain View (EUMV). Program enrollment is now closed. We are no longer accepting new participants. In its first phase, EUMV saved Mountain View residents a total of $78,159 (an average of $80 per household) and participants collectively are reducing their carbon emissions by 244 metric tons each year.
