Six years ago Enviro-Care was purchased by a large Italian multi-national, the WAMGROUP® and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of their Wastewater Division. The exceptional growth of the Wastewater Division over the past six years, prompted the WAMGROUP to give that division and its subsidiaries their own identity.
